What Causes Whitish Yellow Penile Discharge After Unprotected Sex?

Question: Hello. Madam...

I have a question to ask.. I. Am homosexual, last year I had an unprotected sex with a stranger and after few days I found penile discharge which was whitish yellow in colour. It got cleared up by itself and stopped after few days but I was very much depressed and concerned a doctor.

He asked me to test for HSV, RPR, TPMH and HIV 1/2..i tested negative in all cases. Help me in understanding what was dat discharge and Wat should I do?

White penile discharge after unprotected sex might be related to certain infection of the Genitourinary tract which might have cleared on its own by your strong immune system.

Since all your tests for STD are normal so you need not to worry at all, still I would advise you for urine culture and sensitivity test about which you didn't mentioned.

Mild grade infection may clear off automatically owing to strong immune system and flushing effect and urine if you take lots of water.

So please get your urine test for culture and sensitivity and upload me the reports, if it comes to be normal than you need not to worry at all.
