What Causes Wrist Pain While Lifting A Heavy Object?

NSAIDs, Casting
Detailed Answer:
Hello and Welcome
I appreciate your concern
Based on your description, it could be a sprained tendon leading to inflammation , pain and hence reduced function. The wrist needs to be examined and x rays should be advised including carpal tunnel view imaging if appropriate. NSAIDs, muscle relaxants and B 12 supplementation should be advised. Casting of the wrist by immobilization can also be considered. If there is significant inflammation and pain then corticosteroids and gabapentin can be advised in consultation with your doctor.
