Detailed Answer:
Hi,
Welcome to health care magic,
If your toe nail is yellow and discharging pus then it must be due to some infection.
Here, I want to know some more information,
What was the previous treatment for which you were taking three antibiotics?
Also, send me the clinical picture of the toe nail and upload it on the right side of query page.
I will give my opinion after going through this picture and more information.

Brief Answer:
Seems to be cellulitis.
Detailed Answer:
Hi,
Thanks for uploading picture.
This seems to be cellulitis turning abscess from the picture and you will require oral antibiotics (cephalosporins like cefadroxyl or cefixime preferred) for 4 to 5 days.
Your GP or some local doctor may prescribe it.
It may get subsided within 3 to 4 days.
If you need any more clarification then do ask me.

Brief Answer:
Can't write prescription.
Detailed Answer:
Hi,
I am sorry but I can't give you prescription online. Medical laws of state doesn't allow a physician to prescribe without physical examination and evaluation. In this circumstance, cephalosporins group of antibiotics (like cefadroxyl 500 or cefixime 200) are the first choice drugs for any soft tissue infection (like cellulitis). However levofloxacin is a good antibiotic and might work too.
If you do not have enough funds / insurance to see a doctor where a culture sensitivity test can be performed, you can try levofloxacin.
Hope this information will help you.
