What Causes Yellow Penile Discharge, Pain In Penis During Erection And Urination?

Question: Hi Dr.

I am suffering from pain in my penis front portion...
Some yellow type of liquid is coming from penis all the time and while its erecting its paining..while doing susu its paining.
Is it dath falling?

Thanks for your query ,based on the facts that you have posted it appears that you have infection of urethra (Urethritis)

I shall be happy if you can post me few more details to help me in making comments on your problem.
1) Did you have unprotected sex very recently?

Please get your routine urine test ,Swab test and urine culture done to find out the organisms causing this infection and antibiotics to which they are sensitive to.

Please take broad spectrum antibiotics like Cefixime along with urinary antiseptic like Nitrofurantoin twice daily and urine alkalizer thrice daily .Later on switch on to appropriate antibiotics as per culture report.

Get the prescription of medicines from your family Physician.

Ensure to drink more water .To keep your urine dilute This will help to control dysuria.

In view of unprotected sex Possibility of STD can not be ruled out.

Get swab test and culture of a discharge from urethra and basic screening blood tests for STD done .and take medicines as per culture report .

There is no homemade treatment for this issue .

what about that liquid which is coming out all the time.. its yellowis in colour what is that..how to stop it.. n my whole dick is not paining only the front part is paining..
