What Causes Yellow Perspiration And Tiredness?
Question: Hi, my boyfriend has bright fluro yellow sweat. It has started just today. He has been exercising more than normal but been complaining of being very tired which is unusual for him. He is 31, 6ft4in and a healthy weight - approx 100kg. Tradesman (carpernter). Eats healthily, though alot of red meat and salads. Generally keeps well hyrdated. Does not take any suppplements or multi vitamins. I think the whole body is perspiring the same colour, i.e., not just the underarms

Noted your concern. Yellowish perspiration is sometimes possible with jaundice.please get his liver functions checked. Is he taking excess carrot ,;beetroots or deep coloured vegetables a lot now a days?

Thanks so much for you quick reply. He is not eating anything different to usual, that is, no excess of dark-coloured vegetables, also no supplements, b-vitamins etc. Just very basic foods such as steak and salads. No alcohol and he does not smoke. I have asked him to see a GP regarding his liver functions. I am concerned about a blood condition as he has been very tired from time to time lately which as I mentioned is unusual for him as he is normally quite energetic.

That would be great. Your GP would be able to examine him especially in view of the tiredness. He may run few blood and urine tests and that would certainly reveal some clues.
