Seems same quantity as previous clear discharge.
Not foul smelling. Once today did seem almost sweet smelling.
I had urine culture last tues also which was normal.
My belly did just start showing today--seems to have happened overnight.
I also started taking iron pills based on my dr's advice (in addition to prenatals) over the weekend.

As your discharge is not associated with any foul smell, itching, pain etc.it is most likely a physiological variation occur during pregnancy.
Your urine report is also normal,so the chances of urinary tract infection are also low.
Iron intake may cause abdominal distension sometimes.
