Question: I'm having a odd discharge, I have recently had sex with my boyfriend but we used a condom and I'm sure of what it could be? The discharge is a yellowish color

Some amount of discharge white or yellowish do occur due to variations .If excess or persisting or with foul smell or with symptoms like burning urination ,itching , you can consult your doctor for examination and management.
Otherwise maintain genital hygiene.
Wash area with warm water twice daily.
Do not couch excessively.
Use loose cotton inner wears.
Drink plenty of water and fluids.
Avoid intercourse.
