Hello mailed you all reports and prescriptions from YYYY@YYYY
Brief Answer:
Hello again
Detailed Answer:
Got your reports via mail. See, you have both internal and external haemorrhoids internal or mild and external a large haemorrhoids.
The most common cause of developing haemorrhoids is chronic constipation and long toilet sitting time. Due to this constant effort of the muscles the blood supplying vessels in the area are gets affected and loses their Elasticity.
The most important part in treatment modality is to avoid constipation by improving your daily lifestyle routine. This includes daily workout good fibre rich healthy diet and avoiding junk food which causes constipation.
Your report also shows a small anal fissure which means there is also a tear in your Anal area which obviously happens due to hard stools.
You should continue with the syrup which they have prescribed. Also drink plenty of warm water and avoid cold refrigerated water.
For pain you can apply anovate cream locally.
If conditions doesn’t improve with these conservative measures then the final treatment is surgical.
Hope to have been helpful.
Regards
