Brief Answer:
Erythromelalgia is the cause.
Detailed Answer:
Hello,
I think you are suffering from erythromelalgia a condition that causes intense, burning pain of affected extremities (more often feet then hands and even face), severe redness , and increased skin temperature that may be episodic or almost continuous in nature.
The causes of it are unknown. In your case it may associate the arthritis you suffer. There is no specific treatment just try to keep cool using fans or conditioners. Put feet in iced water and try to keep them elevated to produce relief. Lidocaine patches or creams can be used to relieve pain.
Hope I have answered the question. Let me know if I can assist you further.
