Brief Answer:
Because of acute pharyngo rhinitis

Detailed Answer:
Hi,

Your daughter seems to be suffering from an infection that had affected her nose, pharynx and bronchus probably. It may be sinus also. It looks to be that the infection is spreading down to the lungs. Since there is a lot of mucus stuck in the nose, nasopharynx obviously a stuffiness is created leading to the pressure on the sinuses.
She needs a course of antibiotics, mucolytics and steam inhalations to do good. Paracetmol alone may not be sufficient but can be given till she is treated fully by Pediatrician. Give steam inhalations and paracetmol now and take to the pediatrician.
