Question: Severe pain and numbness in legs. What is the safe and alternate medication that can be used to provide relief from pain and numbness in legs. Most severe while sleeping and when at rest.

The pain and numbness could be from a lower back issue. Has it been ruled out in the past. If not, I will suggest for a physical examination by an orthopedician here.
Until then she can take rest, pain medications along with neurobion NT tablets for the current purposes. In addition to these she may also need a few test - hemoglobin, vitamin D, calcium, Magnessius and other nutrient analysis.
