Question: I had a hysterectomy about 3 years ago and have been noticing all my panties are stained black in the crotch area. I have no discharge. In the morning I put on fresh ones after my shower and by the end of the day the stain is darker. What is causing this?

Brief Answer:
It maybe due to vaginal atrophy

Detailed Answer:

Hello,

A vaginal discharge long time after hysterectomy could be due to vaginal atrophy, ulcer, vaginal infection, some lump or cancerous growth.
