Brief Answer:
Fatigue

Detailed Answer:

Hello,

Feeling week all the time and also foggy could be due to conditions like anemia, hypothyroidism, liver dysfunction, kidney problem, electrolyte imbalance, some hormonal issues, medicine use etc. You have suggested only about thyroid problem. But I need to see all basic blood reports.

Also, ECG and chest X-Ray PA view are also needed to rule out problems of heart and lungs. ENT issues also need to be ruled by an ENT specialist. Meanwhile, stick to natural healthy lifestyle.
