Brief Answer:
It is normal to have some spotting after tubectomy

Detailed Answer:

Hello,

Some problems with bleeding are expected for up to 1 month after tubectomy. Abdominal and back pain and fatigue could mean fluid in some peritoneal cavity or some infection. Further work-up is needed for this. Follow up with your gynecologist about it.
