Detailed Answer:
Hi,
Back pain, pain abdomen and sometimes loose stools can be seen due to a frozen pelvis. Nausea and vomiting are less likely in a frozen pelvis. Only when there is pelvic inflammatory disease which can spread to other abdominal organs faster in frozen pelvis one can experience nausea and vomiting along with fever.
I recommend you to visit your doctor for a detailed clinical examination and evaluation to identify the cause for your symptoms. It could be due to gastrointestinal upset or upper abdominal organ problems.
Hope, I answered your query. Wish you good health.
