Brief Answer:
Could be urinary tract inflammation

Detailed Answer:

Hello,

This seems to be urinary tract inflammation. It could be due to the fever itself, or could be due to infection or maybe some fissure. You should get a complete urine analysis done including culture and sensitivity. Hopefully, it will get better as the fever resolves. Antibiotics can be taken as per the culture report. If needed further management to be done under guidance of a surgeon.
