Question: i have been experience some terrible cramping lately. The cramping is severe and extend into my rectal area and are very severe. I also am usually not on my menstrual cycle and do not experience the cramping on my cycle. What could be causing this pain.

Abdominal cramping can have many causes like ruptured ectopic pregnancy, cyst rupture or torsion, kidney stones, gall bladder stone etc. A whole abdomen ultrasound is the first step.
