Brief Answer:
You have to get your retina check up

Detailed Answer:
Hello thanks for the question. Coloured dots in front of eyes are called floaters and usually indicate that the vitreous which is a gel behind the eye is getting liquified . In rare conditions it can be associated with a retinal break which can lead to detachment and vision loss if not treated in time . Its treated with a simple laser procedure if it is there that is . We need a retina check up for the same . Hope my answer helps you.
