Question: I am 62 years old female. Have hypothyroidism under control for 29 years.On antihypertensive (earlier metoprolol and now telma amh ) having some palpitation for 2/3 days and pain in back of chest on left side . ECG shows Left axis deviation,R/S Inversion area between V1 and V2. Borderline ECG . Pls advise

As per your description the symptoms may be due to hyperthyroidism( thyroid excess). The ECG findings are inconclusive and may be due to age related changes.
I suggest you to repeat the TFT ( thyroid function test ). You can attach the ECG photo in the followup query for a detailed evaluation.
