Question : I had blood in my urine yesterday for which I got my urine sample tested yesterday, the result showed 18-20 hpf of RBC and also tested positive for presence of protein.

Hi 18-20 hpf means blood cells are present in urine. what is the levels of pus cells? I suggest you to get urine culture once and RFT investigations done at any emergency basis so would come to know the cause of the blood in the urine.
Do you have any other symptoms like chills and fever?
Any associated abdominal pain?
Do you have any chronic illness?
