Brief Answer:
Prolonged stress on arm and leg muscle.

Detailed Answer:
Hello
I have gone through youe query and understood your concern.

Pain in the arms is very common and can have various causes.

Most commonly it occurs after an injury or trauma in your legs but in other cases the cause of the pain may also be somewhere other than the arm itself like in heart diseases or osteoarthritis in the spine.

In your case arm aches and burning sensation can be caused by simple muscle and tendon fatigue due to repeated and prolonged use of the arms(because of working long hours on a compjuter).

Even the leg ache can be explained with the prolonged standing or sitting and may suggests a possible buildup of fluid in the leg veins ( a possible chronic venous disease) .

Hope i have clarified your doubts.
Wish you good health.
