What Could Be Reason For Lower Abdominal Pain On My Left Side?

Question: I have lower abdominal pain on my left side it’s sore to the touch and when I move certain ways the pain gets worse. Sometimes there’s no pain at all in certain positions. Iv had it for about 3 days now and has gotten slightly worse. I thought it was trapped gas but not sure
