What Could Be Reason For Needle Prick Pain And What Is The Possible Solution?

Question: I had my wisdom tooth removed over three weeks ago and was consuming Tab Enzoflam 3 times a day for almost a week. Once by mistake I consumed enzoflam on empty stomach and that night I had inflammation in the abdominal area. After 3-4 days, it was all fine when my dentist suggested to take dose of enzoflam and augmentin. I took just one dose but later suffered from abdominal inflammation and acidity.
I stopped all antibiotics and let everything detoxify naturally.
But it has been over a week, I still sometimes feel needle pricking pain in the abdomen area which comes and goes.
At present Ramadan is going on and I am fasting.
I do not smoke or drink Alcohol.
What could be reason for needle prick pain and what is the possible solution.

Thank you for your response doctor.
Sometimes I do feel pressure in the chest but when I burp, it goes away.
Is it because of acidity?
I am not consuming any antibiotics since a week. Today, in the afternoon also, I was sensing inflammation in the abdomen but by night, it is all good.
I am just worried if it is something serious.
