Question: Right-hand pain causing numbness from shoulder to fingers right hand.
Not sure of the working posture. I use the mouse while working and not sure if that's causing the issue. Pain reduces if taken rest for a few days and comes back again. Should this be any health condition or pain due to bad work ergonomics? Please advise.

Brief Answer:
Treatment is in right direction

Detailed Answer:
Hi ,
I have read your question . You probably have nerve compression at level of cervical spine.
Treatment suggested is good. Continue with it for 5-7 days more and add physiotherapy( IFT +ICT+ Isometric neck exercises).
Rheumatology has no role in this.
If there is no relief , then go for. X rays / MRI of cervical Spine.
Thanks for the question. I hope your query has been answered. Please feel free to ask any other question.
Thanks.
