Brief Answer:
Photodermatitis

Detailed Answer:

Hello,

It appears to be photodermatitis. Redness on your face is also suggestive of that. Apply a mild steroid cream such as cortisone daily in night for a week and sunscreen with SPF 50 in morning on a regular basis. This should help you.

Let me know if you have any other doubts.
Thank you.
