Detailed Answer:
Hello and thank you for choosing this forum for your query,
There are two most important causes of pain in this area-
1)Gastritis- called acidity in general terms.
2)Gall bladder stones
I would suggest you to go for a ultrasound upper abdomen test to rule out if there is some problem with gall bladder.
For acidity you can take Cap. Pan dsr once daily for 2 weeks.
Follow up after Ultrasound.
Regards!

Thank You sir, I would say it's pain with burning/tingling sensation.

I was on leave yesterday and visited Sakra World Hospital in The Gastroenterologist suggested me to do an LFT and Endoscopy, gave me 2 medicines, one antacid and another Hyocimax MF. He also asked me whether the pain goes to the back or not to which i said yes, it does sometimes. He also asked me about vomiting and fever to which i said NO. Pain going back could be muscular as well as i have a desk job, Not sure.

I keep a constant eye on my LFT and KFT, especially creatinine, color of urine and swelling on feet. I feel they are normal. Had it been something related to Liver or Kidney, i would have got fever or skin would have turned yellow but that's not certainly the case.

I'll get USG and report back to you.
Thanks.
