Brief Answer:
It can be pancreatitis

Detailed Answer:
Hello,
I read your query and here is my advice.
Your triglycerides are very high and are increasing so rapidly.
When they are this high it can be related to pancreatitis or inflammation of pancreas.
Please do an ultrasound of pancreas and get amylase and lipase tested.

Hope I have answered the question.
Let me know if I can assist you further.
Thanks.
