What Could Be These Brownish Spots On My Spouse’s Feet ?

Question: Noticed some brownish spots on my spouse’s feet who is 42 yrs old. I guess the apots ate there for a few weeks now These spots feels like skin and no other symptoms are there also. Doesnt itch or hurt . Dont recall getting any trauma there.Can you see sir,

Very small, looks like bruise. No new lotion applied.
