Hello Sir
I can certainly understand your concern
I have worked through your attached query in detail
As per the image the presence of excessive mucus cannot be documented.
However you need to take up the following 2 tests in view of pain Abdomen
1. Complete stool examination
2. Ultrasound abdomen
Further management if any is largely based on test results

now my bowel habits are returned back to completely perfect but i am getting tingling pain in my thighs sometimes and in muscles all over leg js this related or something totally unrelated
Brief Answer:
Compressive spine disease to be ruled out
Detailed Answer:
Hello Sir
I can certainly understand your concern
I have worked through your attached query in detail
These symptoms are not related to your Gastrointestinal tract or Gastrointestinal infection.
These symptoms possibly suggest a compressivd spine disease and thus it's advisable to rule out for the same.
For this, I advise you to get an MRI scan of spine to determine further course of action.
Further management if any is largely based on test results.
