What Could Cause A Burning, Sore Spot On The Back Beside The Left Shoulder Blade?
Question: I have a small part of my skin on my back that hurts to the touch (where my bra strap lies to the right of my left shoulder blade). It’s been apparent for a month. There’s no visible sign of a rash or bump or anything, it looks totally normal. However, it continues to feel burning-like sensitivity when I move or when it’s touched. I’m nearly 35, so many strange things have started happening as I’ve been getting older, but this one is weird. Thoughts?

1. Remained mostly the same, maybe just one step of a level worse over the month
2. No other similar symptoms, but red spot on my nose that's been there for about the same length of time, don't touch it much.
3. No, but I can feel it when I move
4. No, not that I am aware of. Just some minor viral infection (sinus)
