Hi,

I have reviewed the picture but it does not show whether the lesion is affecting your axilla or hand. If it is affecting your axilla then this is probably due to a longstanding inflammation which could be bacterial or fungal infection. I would recommend that you apply an antifungal ointment containing nystatin together with an antibiotic ointment three times daily. This should be accompanied by hydrocortisone cream every eight hours.
