What Could Cause A Green Stringy Cloth-like Piece On The Penis?

Question: The other night I noticed a green stringy clothy piece on my penis, just so happen i was wearing green boxers so i thought it was lint from the boxers. Today i noticed the same thing but my green boxers havent been on since.. the only thing I'm finding is the stringy stuff. No itching, no burning, no rush to urinate. Any clue what this is?

I am able to masturbate, hooked up with someone 2 weeks ago. I did forget to mention the stringy substance was on the penis head. Silly me, didnt save either of the green substances. If i see it again (hope i dont) i will add pictures.
