What Could Cause A Movable Bump In The Right Abdomen Postpartum?

Question: When I lay down on my back sometimes I see a raised area in my lower right abdomen and when I press on it, I can move it around. It doesn’t hurt. I had twins 6 months ago. I am 26 and thin. What could this be?
