What Could Cause A Movable Bump In The Right Abdomen Postpartum?

Question: When I lay down on my back sometimes I see a raised area in my lower right abdomen and when I press on it, I can move it around. It doesn’t hurt. I had twins 6 months ago. I am 26 and thin. What could this be?
Brief Answer:
It could be a soft tissue swelling like Lipoma.
Detailed Answer:
Hi,
As per your description, it looks like a soft tissue swelling like Lipoma. Lipoma is a swelling arising from accumulation of Fat tissue.
A simple non invasive investigation like ULTRASOUND ABDOMEN will give a clue.
Please consult your doctor and proceed further.
Nothing to worry.
Hope I answered your query. If you have any questions, I will clarify further.
Wish you good health.
