Since when is this present?
What are the symptoms? Any pain or such things that made you notice this?
Any tenderness on pressure?
Any foods that contain spices, bones, fish or so that could have possibly instigated this?

I noticed it about a 4 days ago now, no pain or symptoms just noticed it when my tongue touched it

If there are no symptom then this is most probably one of the following:
The commonest cause of small painless lump in hard palate is sub-mucus cyst of the minor salivary gland. Usually is self limiting and needs no active treatment as it does not have any other than surgical excision only if persists or enlarges.
Another rare cause is foreign-body granuloma but is usually painful or tender. This too usually is self limiting as the body takes care of it.
So keep a watch for further development at the moment.
Get a confirmed diagnosis by consulting an ENT or Oral Surgeon if the lump persists or enlarges or show any symptoms - by an actual examination.
