What Could Cause A Persistent Bump Near My Hairline Towards The Right Hand Side Which Hasn't Changed Or Subsided?
Question: I have a bump near my hairline but it's under the skin on the right side. I don't have it on the left . I noticed a few months ago but it hasn't changed. is it possible it's normal or it always there. it doesn't move . or is it apart of my bone ?
Brief Answer:
Nothing to worry about. Visit to a dermatologist
Detailed Answer:
Hello,
I have gone through your question and understand your concern.
The bump may be due to soft tissue swelling due to dandruff.
Another possibility may be bony prominence. Some asymmetric is expected between right and left side.
Nothing serious and not related to brain abnormalities.
If you are very much concerned, then get a consultation of dermatologist for examination.
Hope you found the answer helpful.
