Brief Answer:
Regarding skin darkening
Detailed Answer:
Hello. Thank you.
I am Dr kakkar (Dermatologist and Venereologist). I have noted your concern and I have viewed the image.
Perhaps you have postinflammatory hyperpigmentation due to irritation to the topical cream and face wash that you are using. You may discontinue the night cream and face wash. However, continue with the sunscreen. At night you may use a Glycolic acid based cream. In addition you may take glutathione tablets for skin whitening. These are prescription medications and I advice you to talk to your local practitioner for a prescription of the same.
Regards

Thanks for responding back.
Is this caused due to usage of Deriva CMS or Melalite Forte?
Could you please share the schedule to be followed along with its name to be followed from now in order to lighten skin and reduce acne.

Also I consulted 1 reputed dermatologist here, she suggested be to take isotretinion 10mg for an year for PERMANENT RESULTS . But am little skeptical about, as per our last discussion isotretinion should be taken for a month and it will have 3-4impact and there after repeating the cycle again. Also dr said i cannot plan pregnancy or blood donation during this medication. Could you please clarify both , i have little confusion about it.
Brief Answer:
Regarding isotretinoin
Detailed Answer:
Hi.
Isotretinoin can cause fetal malformations so it should not be taken during pregnancy. Of course the results are not permanent. You may require repeat courses or the improvement has to be maintained with topical therapy after you stop isotretinoin. It is an potion. You may try it.

What would be the best schedule to be followed for IsoTretenoin And could you please share in detail.
Brief Answer:
Regarding skin lightening
Detailed Answer:
Hi.
There is no ideal schedule for isotretinoin in skin lightening. Some may give it in a low dose of 5-10 mg/day for a 3-6 month period. Others may give it as intermittent therapy of 10-20 mg/day for a month or 2-3 months. Thereafter improvement can be maintained with skin lightening /exfoliating agents like Glycolic acid or Lactic acid.
