Brief Answer:
It may be due to dry nose. Kindly see detailed answer.

Detailed Answer:

Hello,

I can understand your concern. I think it may be due to Dry nose. Let me know please whether do you allergic rhinitis or any history of trauma or high blood pressure? Are you taking any blood thinner medications like aspirin? Kindly follow with details.

During nose bleed, lean forward and pinch your nose for at least 5 minutes. Apply ice over nose. I'd suggest you to to do complete blood count, Blood pressure monitoring after consultation with your doctor. You can use nasal decongestant nasal spray, nasal saline drops after consultation.

Along with that Avoid painkiller like NSAIDs. Avoid lifting heavy weight and forceful nose blowing. If nose bleeding is heavy then consult with ENT surgeon for detailed examination. Kindly follow if you have any query.
