What Could Cause Frontal/right Pelvic Pain , Left Testicular Pain, And Mid-lower Left Back Pain?
Question: Just curious: what could cause frontal/right pelvic pain, left testicular pain, and mid-lower left back pain (lasting days and not going away)?
I've been given antibiotics in case it was a bacterial infection four days ago but it feels like it's getting worse. I had a pelvic CT done back in December, so my hope would be that this isnt cancer or something. But I do not know.

My bowel movements have been relatively normal, except for on Sunday, when there was bright red blood (on top of the stool, not inside them, from what I could tell). It worries, and still does worry me. Blood has not reappeared since that one movement.
Urination is the same.
No foul odor or pain when I go.
It doesn’t seem cloudy.
Just pelvic aching, testicular pain, and back pain.
