Brief Answer:
Either prurigo or lichenoid drug reaction, topical steroid & antihistaminic

Detailed Answer:

Hi,

I have reviewed the attached photographs and there are a few possibilities. It could be either prurigo which is chronic itchy condition of the skin or lichenoid drug reaction which is a type of reaction to the medicines.

If I was your treating doctor, I would recommend you to apply potent topical steroid like Clobetasol Propionate cream on the affected areas twice daily and take antihistaminic like tablet Hydroxyzine 10 mg twice during for 2-3 weeks.

Topical steroids are prescription drugs and you need to see the doctor in person to get them.

Hope I have answered your query.
