Question: I have lower back pain, lower pelvic pain, lower abdominal pain, side pain, headaches, diahrrea, period is about three weeks late, had a uti in late march and got blood work for pregnancy test, which was negative. Any idea what this could possibly be?

Hello,

It could just be pregnancy. Or it could be some infection, uterine fibroid, ovarian cyst, etc. Pelvic ultrasound will help find cause.
