If you still feel constipated it would be reasonable to add a fiber supplement such as Metamucil once or twice daily. This will help move your bowels along.
You can take the Dulcolax twice daily as needed also. Make sure you nare drinking adequate water during the day also.
Hopefully your symptoms will gradually improve over the next few days. If your symptoms persist however we recommend you see your primary doctor for followup.
