2 days after sex not enough time for a sexually transmitted disease to occur and pregnancy signs cannot appear so early. So I can't find any connection with the intercourse.

Having both gastrointestinal and respiratory tract symptoms with fever is usually caused by viral infections (vomiting, diarrhea but also cough and/or runny nose and fever). If this is a viral infection indeed (you should check with your primary care physician) then expect a course of 3-7 days. Metoclopramide usually helps with vomiting but it is not indicated unless a doctor has taken a close look at your problem in person (because there are potential side effects).

You can use paracetamol for the fever which may help to make you feel better, although it is not given with curative intent - it just reduces the fever and body aches that come with the fever. Keep in mind that no diagnosis can be made from afar. Examining a patient is very important particularly when gastrointestinal symptoms predominate.
