What Could Cause Pain In My Head And Ear And Numbness In The Eye?

It can be either migraine/cluster headache or ear infection/sinusitis
Detailed Answer:
Hi. There are lot of causes of headache and earache. I would like to know certain things from you.
1. When did this headache begin? During every episode, how long does your headache last?
2. How did it start (gradually, suddenly)? How often do you have headache?
3. Do you have nausea, vomiting, blurred vision, watering or redness of eyes during the headache?
4. Do you have associated fever?
5. Any head injury in the recent past?
From your symptoms it can e either migraine or Cluster headache. If ear pain is significant it can also be some ear infection, a condition called CSOM, or it can be sinusitis.
For migraine or cluster headaches, if you take some over-the-counter medications like Paracetamol it may relieve you. Some lifestyle interventions may help
1. Getting enough sleep
2. Reducing stress
3. Drinking plenty of water
4. Avoiding certain foods
5. Regular physical exercise.
If the pain is very severe then certain drugs like sumatriptans are required which you need to take under the consultation of a doctor.
But if it is infection of the ear or sinusitis you may have to take a course of antibiotics. You may have to consult an ENT surgeon in that case.
