Brief Answer:
spinal cord issue or intestine pathology not detected till now.

Detailed Answer:

Hello and welcome,

I have read query for your daughter thoroughly.

* There is more likely to be cause of pain lying at spinal cord level giving
segmental referred pain or intestine pathology not detected till now.

* I strongly recommend to take prescription of CT scan abdomen & pelvis ; MRI
lower lumbar spine for further conclusive facts.

I would like to have further details from you for the case

1. Does she have vomiting, fever, weight alterations if any.
2. Pain is radiating anywhere from right lower quadrant or local only.
3. Urination and bowel movements details.
4. History of any fall before onset of episodes.

Till that time, check that she maintains her hydration with more liquids and high fiber diet to get soft bowel evacuations.

Wish her fine recovery.
Do revert back for further doubts.

Regards.
