What Could Cause Popping Sensation In The Abdomen After Tubal Ligation Postpartum?
Some more information, USG report?
Detailed Answer:
Hi,
First of all do not panic.
Your symptoms can be due to problems related to your digestive system and with your reproductive system specifically related to ovaries. As you have mentioned about PCOS and Endometriosis, I would like to know if you have done my USG - sonography report, recently.
As you had your tubal ligation done, and your pregnancy tests are negative, you can very well assume that you are not pregnant.
Your symptoms about distension and popping sensation can be due to digestive system issues.
In this regard I would like to know if you have any symptoms like hyperacidity or vomiting or loose motions etc?
Is your pain related to food intake?
Please feel free to communicate with me again. Your input will be of help to suggest you the best possible treatment options. I hope this answer helps you.
Thanks.

Detailed Answer:
Hi,
I will suggest you to seek prescription support from your treating doctor for tablets containing Ornidazole and Ofloxacin twice a day for a week along with antacid like Pantoprazole and pre pro biotics.
Try avoiding deep-fried foods, bakery products for a week or so.
If symptoms do not subside then please get ultrasound done.
In case of any doubt feel free to communicate. I hope this answer helps you.
Thanks.
