What Could Cause Protrusions In The Right Chest Bones For Over Three Years?

Question: Hello. 3 years ago, I was diagnosed with chostochondritis as my 2nd and 3rd right chest bones where protruding. I got an xray and bloodwork. Right where my bone meets with the sternum. 3 years later, it is still there and hasnt changed, maybe protrudes a little more. It feels like my bone is larger somehow, doesnt feel like there is a lump attached, just feels like the bone is bigger. I, however have never had pain associated with this nor any changes to my skin. However, it is notticeable when i dont wear a bra. The right side is significantly protruding compared to the left, when i wear a bra it is less noticeable though. I am worried this could be more serious. Also, my lower left ribs prottrude/flare outwards. Do you know what this could be?

I have done a breast self examination and there is no lump in my breast. Its just my 2nd and 3rd chest bones above my breast that stick out more towards the center. It is not noticeable by other people and a doctor briefly touched it and said its just the bone. It wasnt a thorough examination or anything as it was not my appointment. He just touched it over my shirt. When at look at a mirror in a certain light and put my hands up i can see my chest bones and my right ones are more prominent and stick out more. When i dont wear a bra, it looks like a lumpy bone but really is just the bone that protrude. I believe that if this was a tumor underneath perhaps lungs, i would have other symptoms by now no? What could cause an enlargement in this area? I feel that in the past 1 1/2 there has been no change, it has pretty much stayed the same. It just feels like the overall 2 bones are larger and protrude more. I will send a picture but it is pretty hard to notice on a photograph. However, the difference is there.
