What Could Cause Red Spots With White Creamy Liquid On My Penis?

Question: Hi doctor I had sex with my partner a few weeks back. I had red spots with white creamy liquid on my penis. I went to a doctor and took blood n urine test,I was diagnosed with diabetes. Doctor prescribed me neosporin ointment. But is almost 20 days using this, but still there is no cure. So I need some guidance.
Brief Answer:
Could be due to balanoposthitis
Detailed Answer:
Hi,
I have gone through your query carefully and understand your concerns.
First of all, please specify whether the red spots are over the swollen head of the penis or allover. I would also request you to upload an image of the affected area. It could be due to balanoposthitis and could require treatment with antibiotics.
I would be able to suggest better after checking the image. You can simply upload/attach them to the reports section of this web-page.
I would await your response. Let me know if I could help further.
Regards

I have attached the photo doctor.
Brief Answer:
Does not look concerning
Detailed Answer:
Thanks,
I have checked the image. Does not look concerning. Try applying Candid (Clotrimazole) lotion topically. I hope that would suffice. If it does not, a course of oral antibiotics (kit) is likely to be required.
