What Could Cause Reduced Hair Growth, Urgent Urination And Bowel Movements?

Question: I'm a male, 66 years old, I was under stress for an extended period of time. I had a breakout or acne or something on my butt, and my scrotum was darkened & didn't know if that was from lack of sexual activity. Then suddenly the acne cleared up, I then went thru a period of intense urgent urination and bowel movements. My hair growth slowed, my voice changed and my penis and scrotum (altho it returned to normal color) shrank up and now don't have sexual feelings or erections.

no diabetes. they just started looking at A-fib now I went in for the male problems and wasn't experiencing any A-fib symptoms. I have had frequent urination for awhile but nothing like I experienced during that time period. My fear is that I've suffered a catastrophic failure in that area and may not recover. They'll do a prostate blood test in a week or two.

I think you can wait for the prostate test along with other hormones like total testosterone, thyroid etc
As I mentioned earlier, it is difficult to comment without proper evaluation.
