Hi dear,
I have gone through your question and understand the concerns.
Pain in the right pelvic area can be due to ovulation, ovarian cyst, pelvic infection, IBS or urinary tract infection.
A proper examination, ultrasound of kidney and pelvis and urine examination will confirm the diagnosis.
You can take paracetamol for the pain relief till you get the appropriate management and treatment.

Brief Answer:
Appendicitis unlikely
Detailed Answer:
Hi dear, pain of appendicitis occurs in right lower abdomen and radiates to the umbilicus.
So, it's unlikely.
Get an ultrasound done to confirm the diagnosis
In the mean time, drink lots of fluids.
