
What Could Cause Right Sternal And Shoulder Pain In A Perimenopausal Woman With No Other Symptoms?

Question: Hello I am a 51 year old women in peremenupause I have been having a pain pain from my right upper inner sturnum to my shoulder … tender to touch … hurts at times with movement but also tender if I am still .. all vitals breathing oxygen heart rate all good no other symptoms… I have had this kind of pain before as well as theratic back pain
